Decisions you will have to make
- Type of service i.e. burial, cremation, memorial or graveside service,
    date and time of service
- Coffin/casket
- The minister and organist (these can be arranged for you)
- How you prefer the deceased to be dressed
- Whether the family would like to view the deceased prior to the service
- Flowers for the coffin/church
- Hymns and special music
- Pall bearers and name of the person to deliver eulogy
- Funeral notices in newspapers
- Tea to be served following the service, and if so, where?
- What to do with the ashes following the cremation

Required documents
- The identity book of the deceased
- Medical certificate in respect of death, issued by a medical practitioner
    (which we can arrange)
- Any funeral policy or prepaid funeral contract, irrespective of who issued it.
